Synplant 2 license problems

    Hi,

I recently purchased a new Mac mini running OS 15.2 and I'm having trouble getting my Synplant 2 license authorized. I've tried using the online Authenticator, and after logging in, it tells me that everything is fine and my plugins will be authorized.

Unfortunately, my Synplant 2 authorization doesn't seem to be getting saved correctly; after shutting down Logic Pro (version 11.1.2), and even after re-booting the computer entirely, I get the same message telling me that Synplant 2 is in "Trial mode" the next time I open it and I'm asked for my license info again.

The weird thing is that Bitspeek was able to be authorized without any issues, but Synplant isn't being authorized, even after making several attempts.

I initially started off by manually keying in my name and license information for Bitspeek, and that worked like I expected, with no problems. However, when I tried manually keying in my name and license information to authorize Synplant 2, I got an error message saying that the information is invalid. I triple-checked my entries and verified that they were correct and matched the confirmation e-mail that I received when I purchased Synplant 2, but my entries keep being flagged as invalid. I've also tried copying and pasting my name and license information, so it isn't a typing error - the correct entries aren't being recognized as correct.

When I try using the online Authenticator and I log in to my account, I get a success message in the Authenticator, "The following products will be registered and unlocked directly or the next time you launch them: Bitspeek, Synplant 2" but my license authorization for Synplant 2 is apparently not being saved.

Is there anything I can do to get my Mac mini to recognize Synplant 2 as authorized? If there's a security setting getting in the way, I'd be happy to temporarily disable any problematic security features to allow the license authorization, but I have no idea what setting should be changed or even if that course of action would be productive.

Sorry for the long post, I would have rather sent this in an e-mail, but I couldn't find contact info for that.

    Thanks
