We only store essential data and actively remove everything else from our databases and logs. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We process purchase, account and license data as needed to provide the services you request, limited technical data for our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and products, and some records where required by law. We keep personal data only as long as needed for those purposes.
When purchasing or registering a product, we collect necessary contact information such as your name, e-mail address, IP address, street address, city, and country. This information is kept to identify you as the rightful license owner and to provide customer support and software upgrades. Purchase information may be provided to us by our merchant of record after you purchase a product through their website. We also collect your e-mail address when creating a user account. We may use third-party services where needed for purchases, payments, account sign-in, analytics, embedded video, hosting, delivery, and similar technical functions. These services may receive or process the data needed for that specific function.

We have implemented Google sign-in to make account creation and signing into our site easier for our users. This integration is only used when you click the Google sign-in button, which redirects you to Google's website for sign-in. We only collect your name, e-mail address, and profile picture. We do not post data or collect any additional information from your Google account.
We respect the browser's "Do Not Track" setting. If it is enabled, we do not use non-essential website usage tracking.

Our site uses essential session cookies for login, account access, shopping cart, email preferences, and other basic site functions. These cookies contain random strings used to identify your session. They are removed once you sign out or the session expires.
Our server logs may record limited technical data such as IP address, requested URL, referrer, user-agent, timestamp, and status code. We use this data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and products, and to understand basic usage such as page views, downloads, referral sources, errors, and abuse.
We currently use Google Analytics to understand basic website usage. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish users and sessions. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site profiling.
Pages with embedded YouTube videos may contact YouTube or Google when the video is loaded or played.
