I am very interested in the Synplant AI synth software.

I have an MPC One + unit, and I'd like to control it with that unit. Is that possible?

Do I need a separate DAW on a laptop in conjunction with the MPC and Synplant 2?

If so, will any free or paid DAW suffice?

I don't use DAWs as I'm autistic and I don't understand them at all...But, I wouldn't mind having a free one open on my laptop (just for having the ability to use your synth) while controlling Synplant 2 with my MPC, if that will work.
