I saw your subscription was handled and updated by someone over at FastSpring previously. But now that I go back and look at it, it looks like it's set to manual renew and your licenses have been deactivated? Did they not solve your issue? You might have to go into the account page and activate a new payment method?

Your payment seems to have cleared on the 12th. Is everything up and running for you again?
