I can't get the Torso to play different sounds on Microtonic on midi channels 1-8 in pitched mode. It is always the channel 1 button triggered in MT

Since you're in pitched mode, it sounds like Microtonic is receiving the MIDI-IN on channel 1 all the time. I am not super familiar with Ableton MIDI routing, but did you double-check that the input MIDI is routed to all different channels?
