How Many computers con have a licensed sonic charge product put on. If it is only one how do you switch from one computer to another. I can't seem to find this information any where.

The short answer is that you may install it on any number of computers that you own as long as you are the only user of the software. The longer answer and license reference can be found in this post -> Can I use one license on both my computers?

I have had nothing but problems since I bought this new computer which has resulted in my installing the OS 3 times, in addition to all of the Sonic Charge plugins. Is there a way to remove the other inactive computer activations?

The counter on the page is life-time activations. No worries thought. You will not hit any hard limit even if you have to reinstall your OS multiple times.
